1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 64okbajee website at https://64okbajee.app, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 64okbajee platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering.

64okbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 64okbajee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-site notification. 3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on 64okbajee. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 64okbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice or compensation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 64okbajee account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 64okbajee will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 64okbajee support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

64okbajee supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 64okbajee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the player's own name and match the identity details on the 64okbajee account.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum single deposit amount: ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your 64okbajee wallet in real time for bKash and Nagad, and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods.
• 64okbajee does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed — contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount has been credited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum single withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not submitted identification documents may experience delays.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and 1-3 business days for bank transfers.
• 64okbajee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving withdrawals above ৳50,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

64okbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold specified in the active promotion. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings may be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 64okbajee account at any one time.
• 64okbajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice to players who have not yet opted in.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with one another unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• All bonus wagering contributions by game type are published on the 64okbajee Promotions page. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 100% at odds of 1.5 or above.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 64okbajee are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant game or market and accept the outcome as final, subject to the conditions below.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 64okbajee — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), ice hockey, and other available sports — are governed by the market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the event commencing. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation; 64okbajee accepts no responsibility for connection failures that result in a bet not being accepted.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

The outcomes of all games are determined independently of 64okbajee and cannot be influenced by the platform or its operators.

6.3 Void Bets

64okbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: where a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed; where a live event is suspended or abandoned before a result is determined; where there is credible evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing; or where a player has exploited a software or pricing error. In the event of a void bet, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 64okbajee platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these rules will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the 64okbajee platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 64okbajee is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of pricing errors, game glitches, or system malfunctions to obtain funds not legitimately won.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks through a payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on 64okbajee.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language at 64okbajee staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

64okbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or the wellbeing of other players.

Where a player account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds held in the account will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. 64okbajee will aim to complete all account investigations within 30 business days. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 64okbajee account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method after identity verification is confirmed. 9 Limitation of Liability

64okbajee provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 64okbajee shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of funds arising from the player's own error, including incorrect bet placement, incorrect deposit amounts, or failure to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials against unauthorised access.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature arising from use of the 64okbajee platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events outside 64okbajee's reasonable control.
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond 64okbajee's control, including hardware failure or cyber-attacks on third-party infrastructure.

In all circumstances, 64okbajee's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 64okbajee account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

64okbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this document is always available at https://64okbajee.app/terms-conditions and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a change to these terms is material — for example, a change to deposit limits, withdrawal conditions, or bonus policies — 64okbajee will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file. Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights, may be made without advance notice.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, your only recourse is to stop using the 64okbajee platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
